Our Freight Market

We are located in Lufkin, Texas, servicing mostly the Dallas/Fort Worth, Shreveport, and Houston areas. Multi Stop and Short Haul loads are the bulk of our operations with over 50% drop and hook.  Most of our freight is picked up and delivered in Texas with 75% dedicated local customers.  Drivers are dispatched to be home daily.  

Competitive Pay 

• Pay is bi-weekly with one check in the hole
• Starting Pay is .40 cents per hub mile (every mile driven)
• $20 per hour detention (starts immediately when you arrive)
• Detention is minimum of $20 per stop
  • example: 15 minute drop and hook will pay $20
• Call out pay is 2 hour minimum at $20 per hour
• Drivers off most weekends with being on call every 6th weekend along with several other drivers in the on call pool (volunteers taken first)
  • 6 month advance notice for on call weekend schedule

• The following are at no cost to the driver (100% employer paid):

  • $20,000 Life Insurance for the driver
• Health Savings account optional
  • company makes one time contribution of $200 to start account
• Cell Phone reimbursement $15 per pay period
• 4 PTO days (8 hours per day at the regular hourly rate)
  • 1 PTO day earned every quarter
• 9 Paid Holidays
  • New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • Veteran’s Day (for Veterans only)
• Paid Vacation Days
  • 5 Days after 1 year of employment (40 hours pay)
  • 10 Days after 5 years of employment (80 hours pay)
  • 15 Days after 10 years of employment (120 hours pay)
• 401k 80% company match up to 5% after 1 year of employment

Employment Requirements

• At least 25 years of age
• Have 2 years experience within the last 5 years
• Have a Class A CDL
• Have no more than 2 moving violations
• Pass a drug screen
